Stretch Van Waiting Time All Airports:
Once the plane has landed there is no waiting time charge for the first hour on domestic flights and on international flights. After that, you will be charged $30.00 per every 30 minutes.
Sedan Cancellations *(including Airports):
You may cancel a Sedan reservation up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty.If under 3 hours, you will be charged full price (minus any tolls or fuel surcharge).
Stretch & Van Cancellations* (airports only):
You may cancel a Stretch or Van reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty.
If under 24 hours, you will be charged full price (minus any tolls or fuel surcharge).
Limousine Rental:
stretch limousine & van rental required a (72) advance notice to cancel.
No Show / No Call (all services):
At the time of your scheduled pick-up, if you cannot locate your chauffeur, immediately call our dispatch office at or 732-346-1600 and we will locate your driver.
IMPORTANT:
If you do not call us and leave the pick-up location, you will be charged full price including all tolls & fuel surcharge. No Exceptions!
Wedding & Prom Service*:
A thirty-three (33%) percent security deposit is required on all Wedding and Prom reservations. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Within 30 days of the event, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If service is cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up, you will charged an additional seventeen (17%) percent of the total charge. If service is cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up, you will be required to pay an additional sixty seven (67%) percent of the total charge.
Drug Policy:
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
Client and renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipments of the vehicle.
This is including but not limited to:
gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, VCR, radio, CD player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least ($150.00) one hundred fifty dollars. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Affordable Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, videotapes and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.Affordable Limousine shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18). *Medical emergencies will be prorated at the discretion of Management.*
