Waiting Time Policy (All Airports)
Sedan: After the plane has landed a FREE of 1 hour waiting time will be given. After first hour has elapsed, a waiting time fee of $30.00 will be charged for every 30 mins.
Stretch Van :
The first hour for both domestic and international flights is FREE of waiting time charge. A fee of $30.00 for will be charged for every 30 mins. after the first hour has elapsed.
Sedan (including Airports):
Cancellations of Sedan made at least three (3) hours before the schedule time of pick up will not be charged any penalties. However, if you make cancellation less than (3) hours you will need to pay the full price minus the fuel surcharges and toll fees.
Stretch and Van (Airports only):
Cancellations of Van or Stretch reservations made at least 24 hours ahead will not merit any penalties. However, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours you will be charged full price minus the fuel surcharges and toll fees.
Van rental and Stretch limousine rental require at least a 72-hour advance notice to cancel. No Call and No Show Policy (For All Services)
If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the time of your pick-up schedule, feel free to contact us at 732-346-1600 and let us help you locate your driver or chauffeur for you.
If the client leaves the pick-up point without him/her informing our dispatch office, he/she will be charged full price including toll fees and fuel charges. There will be no exceptions.
Wedding and Prom Transportation Service:
For all wedding and prom events in New Jersey, there is a required 33% security deposit, which can be refunded up to 30 days before the event. After this period, the deposit will no longer be refundable. If you cancel your reservation 2 days or 48 hours before your schedules pick-up time, you will need to pay 17% of the total rental charge. . If you cancel 24 hours before the pick-up, a 67% additional pay based on the total price will be charged.
Beware! Possession, use, and sale of illegal drugs and any types of narcotic drugs are strictly prohibited. Once this policy is violated, it will result to immediate cancellation or termination of contract and services and loss of all paid rental fees.
All passengers must behave in an orderly manner. It is the responsibility of the renter to account to any damage done to the equipment and interior of the rented vehicle.
These includes but not limited to the following : breakage of drink glasses and decanters, champagne, spillage of wine and alcohol, gum, vomiting, lights and entertainment systems like CD player, television, radio and video cassette recorder. A minimum charge of $150 will be charged for repair or replacement of broken or damaged items.
If any passenger or guest violates any of these conditions, we at Affordable Limousine Service reserve the right to expel him/her from the rented vehicle or terminate the contract. In case of such early termination of contract, you will not get any refunds of your deposits and rental fees.
Though clients are allowed to bring their own personal items like compact disks, video tapes and other gadgets, Affordable Limousine is not responsible any personal items that are left during or after the rental period. Moreover, we are not responsible for any uncontrollable situations like late arrival due to unexpected breakdown, traffic jam and delays, wrong pick-up and drop-off information and other acts of nature.
Quoted rates for vehicles are based on availability upon the time of booking and may change without prior notice. Clients are required to make a nonrefundable 25% deposit of the total rental fee at booking time. The remaining fee must be paid at the time of the service.
